Lisa Pemberton works with emerging speakers in the infancy stage of their speaking careers who want to lay the groundwork for a successful speaking business.

What is coach-sulting? Coach-sulting is a refreshing blend of coaching and consulting. I will utilize my professional coaching skills to work with you to bring your strengths and uniqueness into play to create a speaking platform that is unique to you.  My keen understanding of the speaking industry from both the meeting planner’s perspective and the speaker’s perspective is what fuels my desire to give you the professional advice necessay to move to the next level in your speaking career.

What is a coach? Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has. (Definition according to the International Coach Foundation)

What is a consultant? A consultant is a subject matter expert who provides professional advice and services. The essence of consulting is to help a client obtain information and advice which leads to a real and lasting solution of a problem. A consultant will think, analyze, brainstorm, cajole, and challenge the client to become even better by adopting new ideas. A great consultant is driven by creative ideas and a strong desire to have a positive impact on the client.

Coach-Sulting Packages Offered*

Commencement Package
Time Frame: Minimum 4-month commitment; 12 coaching calls, structured to fit your schedule and allow time for “homework” to be completed, 45-60 minutes each and unlimited email communication for the duration. The Commencement Package also includes the Coach-Sulting Resource Guide – an invaluable resource that includes discounts and other offers from industry experts in branding and graphic design, sales consulting, video creation, product duplication and more.

Outcomes:

• A set fee structure
• Clearly defined topics/program offerings
• Identified industry and market(s) within that industry to begin your marketing/sales campaign
• Strategy for furthering the momentum of success that you have achieved

Intermediary Package
Time Frame: 6 weeks; 3 coaching calls- minimum, 45-60 minutes each. This package is for the speaker who has been “at it” for a while. You have speaker materials, a set fee and are consistently working as a paid speaker. You are ready to move to the next level and need a little clarity as to how to get there. We will work to determine your uniqueness, identify the blocks that are getting in your way, and create a plan for moving forward. This will involve a review of all speaker materials and current processes in place prior to first call.

Maintenance
Time Frame: Monthly, as required; up to 3 coaching calls per month, 45-60 minutes each. Designed for continued support for speakers who have engaged in previous work with PSS. Topics to be chosen based on current needs.
